Sminex

Sminex is a real estate development company offering elite property in Moscow. Live Typing prototyped and designed a mobile app for the tenants and management company`s staff. The tenants use the app to get the news of their residential complex, pay utility bills, order guest passes, request maintenance or additional concierge services. Management company`s staff uses the app to process the requests and gather feedback from the tenants on the level of comfort. The app was designed according to Human Interface and Material Design guidelines.
